Puri Jagannadh’s Paisa Vassol Script rejected by Chiranjeevi and Jr.NTR?

It is known news that after delivering a series of flop movies like Loafer, ISM and Rouge, Talented film maker Puri Jagannadh teamed up with Nandamuri Balakrishna for the gang ester drama ‘Paisa Vasool’ which has hit the theaters on 1st September and on its opening day it received mixed responses by the audiences from everywhere. Though Paisa Vasool has done decent collections at the box office of both Telugu states on its opening day but according to the traders report it is turning out disaster at USA box office.

According to the latest update, before getting the nod from Balayya Babu for Paisa Vassol, Puri Jagannadh was rejected by two top stars of Telugu Film Industry and they are none other than Megastar Chiranjeevi and Young Tiger Jr.NTR. Earlier Puri narrated the script of Paisa Vassol to Chiru and Tarak, and both the actors rejected it. Later Pokiri director contacted Balakrishna and he gave green signal. After watching Paisa Vasool, the movie lovers are saying that Megastar and Nandamuri hero took the correct decision in turning down the mediocre script narrated by Puri. It may be recalled that before locking Khaidi No 150( Kaththi remake), Puri’s ‘Auto Jaani’ was announced as Megastar Chiranjeevi’s comeback film. But later Chiru himself revealed in an interview that he wasn’t satisfied with the second half script narrated by Puri, so he said no to Puri.

After delivering the successful film ‘Temper’, Tarak expressed his desire to work with Puri again in coming days. So Puri also contacted NTR when he was busy in the shoot of Koratala Siva’s Janatha Garage but the director became fail to convince NTR.

Apart from Balayya, Paisa Vasool has other stars like Shriya Saran, Kyra Dutt, Musskan Sethi, Kabir Bedi, Vikramjeet Virak and others. It is produced by V Anand Prasad under the banner of Bhavya Creations and the music is scored by Anup Rubens.
